EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting of Institute Members held at
1800 hrs (London time) on Thursday 18 February 2010 at 1 Vernon Mews, Vernon
Street, London W14 0RL, United Kingdom to consider, and if thought fit to
pass, a resolution that will adopt a new version of the CILT bye-laws
We
want to make sure as many Institute Members as possible participate in this
EGM. Please note that for CILT EGM only Chartered Members and Fellows of the
Institute are able to vote. We do not expect that all Chartered Members and
Fellows will be able to travel to London but they can vote by Proxy.

Proxy Voting forms must be filled out in full, signed and sent to us no
later than 1800 hours (London time) on Tuesday 16 February 2010. They
can be sent to us by mail, by fax to +44 (0)1536 740101, or scan the
document and send it to us electronically to CILT-EGM140110@ciltinternational.org.
For audit purposes we may contact the Member &/or their
local CILT Council to verify they are a Chartered Member or Fellow in good
standing — so make sure the Proxy Voting Form has the Membership Number,
Grade and CILT Council details noted correctly.
